Alberta Premier Danielle Smith Urged to Review COVID Vaccine Policies for Children

May 11, 2024: The board of the United Conservative Party (UCP), led by President Rob Smith, has raised concerns about the safety of mRNA COVID-19 vaccines for children and urges Premier Alberta Danielle Smith to adjust the vaccine policies.

“We have serious concerns about them for children,” said Rob Smith. He emphasized the importance of parents being well-informed before vaccinating their children. He suggested that Alberta Health Services (AHS) should improve how they share vaccine information, including the science and potential side effects.

The board believes the government officials, including Alberta Premier Danielle Smith will soon respond to their concerns about AHS’s vaccine offerings for children.

The UCP plans an event with speakers who are critical of these vaccines. Speakers like Chris Shoemaker and Mark Trozzi, who faced professional discipline, will challenge the prevailing view that mRNA vaccines are safe.

Health professionals, including Sam Wong from the Alberta Medical Association, assert that mRNA vaccines are safe and effective, countering claims made by event organizers.
