What is the S13 Goalball Classification?
The S13 classification in Goalball is one of the vision impairment categories used in Paralympic sports. Specifically, the S13 classification is for athletes with a visual impairment that is less severe than those classified in the S11 or S12 categories. Athletes in the S13 category have the least severe visual impairment and are eligible for Paralympic sports. They typically have visual acuity ranging from 2/60 to 6/60 and a visual field of less than 20 degrees.
