Kate is a competitive para cyclist from Calgary, Alberta, competing in the C4 classification. Despite facing significant injuries, including a hamstring tear and multiple knee surgeries, Kate transitioned to Para cycling after recovering from a brain injury in 2017, a decision she considers one of the best she has made.
